The main area of the Centre is a large lounge where residents gather for social occasions.
Volunteer residents operate the bar during planned social activities and for “happy hours”. Drinks are provided at very reasonable prices.
Adjacent to the main lounge area is the auditorium which is used for a wide range of indoor activities such as exercise classes, indoor bowling, and various residents meetings. Once per month there is a Sunday afternoon screening of a recent release movie.
For major social events the wall between the lounge and auditorium is opened to provide a larger area and a dance floor.
