The main area of the Centre is a large lounge where residents gather for social occasions.
Volunteer residents operate the bar at regular times during the week, during planned social activities and for “happy hours”. Drinks are provided at very reasonable prices.
Adjacent to the main lounge area is the auditorium which is used for a wide range of indoor activities such as line dancing, indoor bowling, and various residents meetings. Once per month there is a Sunday afternoon screening of a recent release movie.

There is a well stocked library maintained by residents and this also is home to an internet connected computer station for general use by residents.

There are barbecues available for use by residents in the pavilion area adjacent to the Centre which also serves as a shaded outdoor seating area.
An unshaded courtyard area with outdoor seating is available at one end of thePavilion. Umbrellas can provide shade when required.
Residents and their guests have use of a large indoor heated swimming pool and turbo spa adjacent to the Centre.
The Waterfront apartment area is physically separated from the main village and community centre by the RSL carpark. But they do have a small lounge and an outdoor barbecue area where residents can gather socially if they do not wish to walk over to use the main village facilities.
