April Craft Stall, 2018
The talented, enthusiastic, hard-working members of the Alloura Waters Craft Group and volunteers displayed a wide variety of items for sale in the Community Centre, on the afternoon on Friday, 20th April.
All proceeds from the stalls and raffle are given to charity groups.
Thanks go to all those residents, relatives, friends and staff members who gave support by admiring and buying the items and by purchasing raffle tickets. We also thank the staff members and residents who helped move furniture and carry plants etc. Your help was greatly appreciated.
The Craft Group members are already planning and making items for their end of the year fundraising stalls to be held at Alloura Waters on Friday 16th November.

Friday 13th November 2015
Our Alloura Waters Craft Group and volunteers worked enthusiastically throughout the year, ensuring that there were plenty of bargains with craft items, gifts, plants and trash and treasure items, as well as raffle tickets for sale in our Community Centre on the day.
After the craft stall was over the organiser, Mary, had this to say about the years work;
……”I hope the residents that came to our craft stall in November could see what the craft group do besides knitting. The takings for the day was $1,028:50 and $500 will go to the Gosford Family Support Service with one box of groceries and one box of various goods for mums, Dads and Children..
A VERY BIG thank you to the craft ladies, knitters and mystery ladies for all of their help throughout the year and I could not forget to thank Robin for her lovely plants.”
WELL DONE LADIES….. Robin
